Animal Advice

I swam with a sea lion and he showed me how to dream.

I talked with a sea gull and he told me how to listen.

I flew with an osprey and she taught me how to see.

I floated with the pelican and he suggested I take some time for myself.

  5. i think its at times like this that the wisdom of the natural world speaks so clearly, when we give in to the "what is" and open up to what truly comforts and sustains. I am so glad that you are able to get out and soak up the beauty around you. love to you, your mom, and your dad and hope that your mom is doing better. you are a good daughter. xoxo

  7. This week I walked with the wild horses, listened to the deer in the fields, and talked to the turkeys in the mountains. They seemed to say the same thing to me....take time for myself, connect with Nature, and share those experiences with the other wild women who do the same.
    xx
