Doesn't that sound like a game of some sort, that you'd play in the snow?
Well, it's not. It's a bird. A beautiful bird of the the great cold north. It's sometimes called a snowflake. I could use a bird like that, right about now. To cheer me up. To tweet tweedle dee dee a song to make me smile. Look at what happened last night? Yeah, it's pretty. And it won't last long. But, I have PLANS this weekend and snow wasn't one of the things I had in mind!
Wait a second. The sun! It's coming out! Oh, glory, the sunshine! I gotta do a dance! See ya...
what?!? more snow?!
ReplyDeletei am sending you some warmth and sunshine on the jetstream.

I was just thinking about the name...what an adorable name to match that adorable bird...I know you had plans but it is so beautiful...snow was in the forecast for Hastings, NE, where my in-laws live!!! Of course I had snow one year in May, that is when I lived in CO. Enjoy it for me. xoxo
ReplyDeleteMore snow... May it melt quickly for you!
ReplyDeleteSpringtime in our beloved Rockies.
ReplyDeleteI am SO wanting that snow of yours :) I have to make my way out there at least once!! And the snow bunting is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThat is such a cute little bird. I'm writing my dissertation next year on birds so am becoming a little obsessed. The snow looks gorgeous. We've had blazing sun here in the UK, but now the rain has come back. Here's hoping the sun gets back out soon for you and for here! - Tasha xxx
