Every single photo is amazing! You've outdone yourself, woman. The owlets are adorable! The horses, the horses....is there anything more beautiful than a wild horse? What an adventure out there on the prairie. I can't help but look at those hills in the distance and wonder what secrets they hold. xx
Your title says it all! All the photos are excellent - love the TWO owlets and the photo of the mare and foal at sunset is perfection. My hubby flew home today so we have lots of chores to do together around here but I hope we can take time for little adventures in the valley, too!
Thanks Diana. Get your chores done, grab your man and go exploring! Any direction from your house would be fantastic! The wild flowers are crazy right now.
oh Lynn!!!! you got my knees weakling..... i want to be there with you so baaaad. these pictures are amazing. i can imagine how it feels to be there. really there. i am living it through your photos. have a great weekend my friend!
I can tell you can barely stand not being here, horsing around with me and the beasts with scars and tumbleweeds in their manes! Soooo, hurry up already, Niken! When are you going to have a new address, hmm? :)
They sure do, don't they? Not only are those horses incredible to look at, but being near them, so close, in the stillness, you can hear their breath. Oh MAN! :)
Those baby owl faces, are you kidding me!???...and being able to grab a photo of them <3 Every one of these pictures gave me goosebumps and a huge smile... love that speckled horsie too! I can't wait to be able to visit your kind of land, it looks spectacular.
That speckled horsie! Heehee. There are SO many speckled horsies for you to see, to blow kisses at. So much space, no asphalt, no parking lots, for you to roam and breathe, you just gotta hop in your car and come up! :) There are now THREE owlets crowding that nest! Good grief!
You're getting some great shots of those baby owls! What a treat! By the way, have you seen the bald eagle nest cam from Hanover, PA? I can't get enough of it. http://hdontap.com/index.php/video/stream/bald-eagle-live-cam
I feel like I could reach out and touch your wild horses, you capture their spirit and aliveness so well :D
Okay, thank you for that link....I am now "checking in" with them every hour! It's an amazing thing to spy on them. I hope they don't mind. ;) Thank you for being here, Clare. Arent those horses marvelous? They are showing their spring feist. To observe them pick and choose, fight and play is simply spell binding. :D
Ohhhh Minnie.....I'm so happy to see you! I read your latest post, all the warrior girls, loving life, letting go in nature. I will talk to you soon. Very. Namaste.
lol...I LOVE that you call me Minnie! Thank you for that thanks for checking into my world...I wanted to let you in on a secret... one day I hope for you to be gathering in that circle along side me....that particular retreat happened in Mr Hood Oregon : )
Holy smokes, great batch of photos lady! The owlets!!! You are surrounded by newness and growth...makes me wonder what's cooking in your heart as well. xx
Ah...stuff's a brewin' ever so slowly. Just taking it one step at a time, Brandi! Mainly, I've got horses on the brain. I'm unintentionally forgetting everything else. ;) x
